‘The Bigger Picture’ - In The Chate Room at King Street Gallery

‘The Bigger Picture’ An exhibition by James Greer and DYLSKI runs from September 3rd to September 15th in the Chate Room.

JAMES GREER –

Some of the work here was produced during the lockdown periods in Wales. In these paintings I escaped to a time when we were free to roam. I travelled in paint too my time in the Australian Outback before the coming of Tarmac, too the waterfalls of Hawaii. Closer to home I tried to capture the feelings of spending each day in an enclosed garden , turning to what was familiar yet endlessly rewarding.

James Greer studied printmaking at The Glasgow School of Art and Architectural Glass in Swansea. He lives in Ferryside.

DYLSKI -

Dylski inhabits a world where things around him can be translated into powerful and mesmerising bursts of abstract colour and light. The attention to detail in the multifaceted and layered applications of vivid colour and shadow speak of the landscapes and experiences which have inspired him with raw enthusiasm.
