My land and seascape paintings focus more on my 'feel' of the subject rather than clinical accuracy.

I am attracted to the power of the wind and rain, or the light reflecting off the sea or a distant hillside.

I rarely paint the subject in front of me but maybe make a small drawing to take home and remember what I found attractive about that particular subject.
I then work on my canvas, board or paper to try and recreate my feelings.
