After a lifetime of painting, experimentation and alchemy I still strive to produce work that expresses my inner emotions, in the form of abstract painting my work addresses the sublime along with spatial awareness and light.

 

Through colours I try to make my work ‘sing’ and I am always drawn to a favourite palette of blues, purples and turquoise. These combinations of colour suit the subject that has forever fascinated me, namely the oceans and seas of the World. Both nurturing and deadly I stand in awe and realise that man is just a speck in the Universe.
